Homes for Independent Living is seeking a compassionate and experienced CBRF Supervisor to lead and support staff in providing high-quality care for medically fragile clients. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state regulations, and foster a safe, nurturing environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support direct care staff.
- Ensure compliance with CBRF regulations and health/safety standards.
- Monitor residents’ health conditions and coordinate medical appointments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting of incidents or concerns.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Communicate with families, medical professionals, and stakeholders regarding resident care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting.
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- CBRF certification preferred.
