Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental and behavioral disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment that promotes independence and skill development.
- Implement personalized care plans and behavioral strategies with consistency and empathy.
- Support clients in social activities and community engagement to enhance their quality of life.
- Monitor and document progress, celebrating achievements and milestones along the way.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
