To date, HOA has invested in, and currently manages, approximately 15,500 home sites across 170 communities and 22 states.
Position Summary:
The Regional Administrative Assistant’s role involves providing administrative support to the VP, RVP, Regional or District managers. Responsibilities may include posting job openings, scheduling interviews, auditing move in and move outs for accuracy, running daily and weekly reports, assisting on site when needed for inspections or rent postings, creating notices, responding to resident concerns, and handling various other tasks as needed. This person will be required to work on-site at one of the 3 communities we have in the Shreveport area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
· Generate required daily and weekly reports; delinquency, eviction, move out notices, applications needing to be processed and report findings to the regional manager.
· Monitor daily Rise & Shine reports to ensure they are being filled out and follow up on any report not turned in.
· Monitor weekly manager checklists for completion and advise regional manager when not completed
· Audit all move ins and process move in if accurate.
· Audit all move outs and process move out and ensure all charges are per the inspection report.
· Assists the lease administrator to ensure that the market surveys are updated as needed.
· Assist marketing coordinator in reviewing ads.
· Assist onsite in absence of a manager.
· Maintains a positive customer relations attitude.
· Performs any additional duties assigned by the regional manager or RVP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
