Looking for an energetic person to join our estate planning and probate law firm.
Skills Required:
- Comfortable with technology- must learn to use our document management system
- Eager to learn the process of estate planning and probate
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills to correspond with potential and existing clients
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 pounds walk the distance of two blocks
- Good attitude and ability to work as a team
-Willingness to travel between our Shreveport and Benton locations
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients
- Answering telephone calls
- Scheduling client meetings
- Note taking and preparation of records, electronic and physical file making
- Communicating with clients via phone and email
- Witnessing on client documents
- Mailing documents to clients
- Preparing conference rooms for client meetings
-Offering clients coffee and water
- Other general office tasks
