What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Field Supervisor position at Homes of Integrity Construction?
- Primarily responsible for all aspects of assigned jobs, on-site field planning and supervision of sub-contractors.
- Ensure successful completion of projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to self- performed and subcontracted trade work.
- Maintain professional relationships with supervisors, co-workers, homebuyers/owners, realtors, and sub-contractors.
- Ensure that safety measures are meet.
- Execute quality control policies at the job site.
- Assist Pre-construction and Project Management to develop an initial project schedule and communicate sequence and schedule updates to all subcontractors and vendors.
- Demonstrate success in managing multiple construction projects.
- Actively participate in coordination of subcontractor scheduling and progress meetings.
- Maintain working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, contract with buyer/homeowner, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents, and maintain a complete and accurate set of construction plans.
- Ensure timely project completion through project scheduling, expediting of material deliveries and the management of material and document submittals/approvals.
- Maintain strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate adequate knowledge in the skills of field supervision, cost control, subcontractor management, interpersonal skills, safety, and written and oral communication.
- Proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk.
- Promote the growth and development of subcontractor and vendor relationships.
- All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management and supervising teams on-site
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively
- Experience in cost control and budgeting for construction projects
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing project schedules and contracts

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
