As a Mortgage Administrative Assistant, you may look forward to:
- Answers multi-line switchboard and directs calls to their destination efficiently and courteously
- Greets customers and vendors who visit the office
- Maintains general appearance of lobby, conference rooms and kitchen area
- Coordinates delivery and pickup of all overnight packages, mail, and courier items
- Orders and maintains office supplies
- Performs clerical duties on a routine and as needed basis
- Coordinates maintenance requests for office machines
- Processes Mail Daily
- Assists management with projects, as needed
- Prepares Marketing Material for Sales
- Obeys all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
You are a person that (required skills):
- Ability to manage a high-volume, multi-line switchboard while providing exquisite customer service
- Must be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
Physically you can anticipate to:
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
- Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing proofreading documentation
