As a Mortgage Administrative Assistant, you may look forward to :

  • Answers multi-line switchboard and directs calls to their destination efficiently and courteously
  • Greets customers and vendors who visit the office
  • Maintains general appearance of lobby, conference rooms and kitchen area
  • Coordinates delivery and pickup of all overnight packages, mail, and courier items
  • Orders and maintains office supplies
  • Performs clerical duties on a routine and as needed basis
  • Coordinates maintenance requests for office machines
  • Processes Mail Daily
  • Assists management with projects, as needed
  • Prepares Marketing Material for Sales
  • Obeys all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

You are a person that (required skills) :

  • Ability to manage a high-volume, multi-line switchboard while providing exquisite customer service
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Physically you can anticipate to :

  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
  • Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing proofreading documentation
  • Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
