Job Summary
The Assistant Property Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our property management team. Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in managing tenant relationships, including lease renewals and conflict resolution.
- Support the property manager in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to tenant information, contracts, and property management activities.
- Utilize Yardi or similar property management software for tracking leases, payments, and maintenance requests.
- Conduct regular office administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to property management operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role; experience in property management is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation processes and legal administrative tasks.
- Proficient in using office software and property management systems such as Yardi.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
