The HomeServices Insurance team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Producer to join our dynamic sales team. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for assessing clients' risk exposure on personal and/or commercial property, making appropriate recommendations, and placing coverage to address those risks.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for marketing and selling personal lines insurance policies, proactively contacting all leads to recommend appropriate insurance, quote, and place coverage. You will also identify and assess client risk exposures, foster referral relationships with real estate personnel, provide work direction to new business specialists, and remain current on industry trends and specific carrier underwriting requirements.

- Two years' successful personal lines insurance sales experience.
- Excellent sales and marketing skills.
- Working knowledge of insurance agency operations, coverages, rates, markets, and applicable insurance laws/codes.
- Working knowledge of risk assessment and risk management techniques.
- Appropriate state agent/broker personal lines insurance license.
