Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Only Claims Trainee. As a Medical Only Claims Trainee, you will learn how to advise clients regarding insurance coverage and risk management issues, as well as process policy changes and cancellations, assist with claims and billing inquiries, and identify and report any circumstances that may lead to potential or actual errors and omissions claim and/or any Department of Insurance (DOI) complaints to the department manager.
