This Senior Accountant position within our Shared Success Center will be at the center of the action from initial planning to launch and ongoing operations. You will assist assigned operating companies with the transition to the shared services model and provide continued support. Thus, providing an amazing opportunity for your talents to make an impact! What you will be doing
The role of Accountant is to ensure the financial success of our affiliate and corporate entities. This could mean:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis.
- General Ledger accounting.
- Work direction of other accounting staff.
- Prepare tax forms.
- Assist in the design and implementation of policies and procedures.
Performance Expectations
- Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
- Perform responsibilities as directed, achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers, and business partners.
- Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.
- Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities.
To be successful, you will have
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in Accounting or Financial analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or finance.
- Financial reporting systems experience (Oracle).
- High proficiency in Excel.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effectively communicate points in a manner that is consistent with position.
- High standards regarding honesty, integrity and operational excellence.
- CPA preferred

Wage: $80,000 - $94,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
