Primary Accountabilities
- Develops and implements the digital/technology product framework, including methodologies, tools, and templates, to deliver and measure business readiness and success.
- Leads the maintenance, reviews, and updates to the framework and toolkit based on lessons learned and evolving project needs.
- Oversees customer and user empathy collaboration; identifies pain points and evaluates opportunities to solve them, determining what gets built to support product; leads with broader decision making within product suite.
- Conducts deep collaboration across business technology and user experience, including with leadership, project teams and other relevant internal and external stakeholders, to create change-transformation deliverables, including but not limited to business case for change, leadership strategy, change impact assessment, stakeholder assessment and engagement plan, change agent network, change readiness assessments, change strategy and implementation plan, communications and training strategy and plan.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Demonstrated understanding of the technology industry and data science space, including current and emerging digital solutions and trends.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple customer-facing digital/technology products.
- Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies, managing data and tech projects, industry standards and best practices.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the market, users, and landscape of digital products and applications.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with ability to transfer knowledge and work cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical aptitude with the ability to analyze information, interpret results, formulate conclusions and provide strong consulting.
- Demonstrated experience fostering a collaborative and cross-functional team environment.

- 5 years of Product Owner or Business Analyst Experience
- Digital Quoting or Digital Servicing Experience
- Building online purchase or online service experiences
- Defining the team vision: Experience setting the team charter and vision for assigned scrum team.
- Managing and prioritizing the backlog: Experience in writing epics and user stories, backlog management, and prioritization using Jira. Ability to evaluate product backlog items based on value and usability and refine the backlog with the scrum team.
- Testing customer or stakeholder value and usability: Experience in user testing and incorporating user feedback
- Experience working with UX teams to ensure optimal user experiences
- Experience working Analytics teams to ensure metrics are established to monitor appropriate operational and business value metrics
