We’re in search of an organized, professional real estate executive assistant to serve as the main point of contact for our up and coming dynamic Real Estate Team. Responsibilities include managing paperwork, coordinating transactions i.e. entering all offers and counters, etc., corresponding to emails, posting on social media, providing administrative support, sitting in on inspections, planning events, unlocking doors, day-to-day tasks. Compensation:$24,000 - $26,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Input information received about clients through streamlined database management
- Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary
- Real estate experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma required
- Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
- Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service
- Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner
