Key Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare online marketplace orders through various platforms
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update product quantity lists
- Perform daily facility maintenance and organization of the front store
- Handle shipping operations, including preparing packages for FedEx, UPS, and USPS
- Assist with storage management and inventory tracking
- Generate and maintain sales reports using pharmacy management systems
- Coordinate supply ordering and restocking
- Conduct regular inventory checks and shopping for facility supplies
- Enter new items into inventory system and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and online platforms
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
