Key Responsibilities
- Execute relationship management strategies for client retention
- Provide financial guidance and asset allocation services
- Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend customized strategies
- Promote Homestead Funds and deliver presentations at various events
- Primarily communicate with shareholders through outbound and in bound calls
- Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) for tracking and measuring retention success
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required, CFP preferred
- 6 or more years of experience in the mutual fund/investment industry
- 4 years in a senior client-facing role
- FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 licenses required (Series 6 and 63 must be obtained within 2 months and Series 65 within 4 months of hire)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strong presentation skills
- Client-focused with a drive for results and relationship building
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
