Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing: As a key member of our Horticulture Supply division, you will provide vital support to our sales team and ensure smooth operations at our re-wholesale location, which serves landscapers and contractors. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to grow and thrive in an environment surrounded by beautiful plants and a hardworking team. You’ll take on a variety of responsibilities, including:
Office & Clerical Tasks:
- Assist with interoffice mail delivery and pick-up.
- Support the cashier during busy times and cover breaks.
- Answer phones with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Keep the store looking fresh and inviting.
- Order supplies and uniforms to ensure the team is ready to succeed.
- Manage scheduling and time approvals to keep operations on track.
Bulk Ordering & Inventory Management:
- Help with placing bulk orders and tracking incoming stock.
- Create purchase orders, check pricing accuracy, and receive orders.
- Maintain inventory and create SKU’s as needed.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create eye-catching “sale” signage.
- Assist customers with rental paperwork and handle deposits and bank transactions.

- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with ease.
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and have 2-3 years of administrative experience.
- You enjoy working in a collaborative, hands-on environment and can consistently lift 30 lbs.
- You're comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- You are available to work some Saturday mornings.
