Rapidly expanding home delivered meal service company, Homestyle Direct, is looking for immediate full time Data Entry Clerk in Twin Falls, Idaho. We are looking for an energetic and attentive individual who has the desire and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
· Working in a team environment, monitoring, and receiving information from Medicaid, Medicaid Portals, and case manager.
· Input new and reinstated members.
· Input authorizations, cancellations, Holds, Resumes, end dates and communication with case managers or managed care organizations into database.
· Calls regarding potential new members, guiding them on how to get their services started.
· Follow up with agencies and case manager regarding holds, expired authorizations, facility dates and referrals.
· Conduct weekly and monthly eligibility checks and document in database.
· Follow up on faxes, emails, and voicemails
· Type in data quickly and efficiently
· Provide data entry support across departments
Skills Required for this Role:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 1 year in relevant field
· Ability to follow a schedule independently.
· Detail-oriented
· Ambitious, driven and committed
· Ability to use multiple computer programs and to adapt to new ones quickly
· Knowledge of MS Office and Excel
· Ability to retain training materials as changes are made
· Pleasant and friendly attitude
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Familiarity with HIPAA rules and regulations
