Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team. Duties
- Diagnose and repair electronic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Utilize hand tools and testing equipment.
- Interpret schematics to understand circuit designs and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of computer networking systems.
- Collaborate with service technicians to address complex technical issues and provide solutions.
- Document repair processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience working with low voltage systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Compensation
- Base Pay: $14.81/hour (2025 Colorado minimum wage).
- Performance-Based Commission: Earn additional pay based on meeting key performance standards, bringing total hourly compensation to $16–$18/hour.
- Performance Metrics: Meet targets related to job completion, customer satisfaction, safety, and efficiency.
