Job Overview
We are searching for a detail-oriented Office Assistant. This individual will be heavily involved in organizing, helping, and working in Jobber Scheduling Software, Asana, Google Suite, FreshDesk, 3CX, and other related software suites.
Duties
- Receive telephone calls.
- Answer questions and provide information to callers.
- Process and file documents.
- Conduct research.
- Follow up on inquiries or requests by telephone or in person.
- Track deadlines and schedule appointments.
- Perform clerical tasks.
- Help around office.
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
