Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
- Assist with customer service related to leasing inquiries, applications, and tenant concerns.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and work orders with vendors and tenants.
- Keep records updated in CRM software for leases, tenant communications, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist the Director of Marketing with administrative tasks.
- Support event planning efforts, including logistics coordination, vendor communication, and promotional material preparation.
- Help manage marketing materials, digital assets, and social media scheduling.
- Assist with tracking marketing campaign performance and compiling data for reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Support office projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist sales associates in processing and organizing new leads.
- Track and follow up on lead inquiries to ensure timely responses.
- Maintain lead databases and CRM updates for the sales team.
