The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks related to the operations of the business, including fielding calls, maintaining calendars, and organizing reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the executive.
- Answering and directing all incoming phone calls.
- Maintaining calendars, including organizing meetings with internal and external individuals, including government officials.
- Establishing communication between customers and executives.
- Organizing documents and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
