As a HomeTeam Outside Sales Representative, you can expect to:
- Contact an assigned minimum number of current and potential customers by phone and field visits daily to explain services offered.
- Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships through consistently ethical behavior and excellent communication skills.
- Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with prospective customers.
- Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
- Follow-up with customers to close the sale, answer questions, and explain services and warranties.
- Continuously develop skills in a fast-growing industry.

Qualifications
No experience required – training will be provided!
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Must successfully pass background and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
- Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
