Are you a numbers person with a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team!
Location: Minonk Office
Hours: 25-30 hours/week during regular business hours
As a Bookkeeper, you’ll play a vital role in working with clients to ensure financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and organized.
Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable for several client accounts simultaneously
-Maintain various client accounts needs, ensuring accuracy and organization across all
-Reconcile financial statements and accounts
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience in bookkeeping/accounting
-Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Familiarity with accounting software is a PLUS (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
