Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the pricing team to ensure accurate pricing and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners and Store Managers.
- Provide training and coaching to new pricing associates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Pricing Support Team to maintain accurate pricing data.
- Review and analyze pricing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate regularly with the Store Manager and department managers.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer functions and Microsoft Suite products.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
