Your Responsibilities:
- Handle patient calls on multi-line phones in a professional, courteous manner
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments efficiently
- Register new patients and maintain accurate records in our electronic medical system
- Provide clear communication and accurate information to patients
- Keep provider schedules up to date
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Flexibly adapt to meet business needs
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards for all patient information
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; medical assistant training preferred
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Tech Savvy: Demonstrated computer proficiency
- Bilingual: English/Spanish fluency preferred
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs. and sit for extended periods
