What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager - Mobile Home Park - Part-Time position at Hometown MHP?
This is a great part-time position for someone who lives close by and wants to make some extra money! We are looking for a no-nonsense, organized and resourceful individual to be our part-time Property Manager for a mobile home park! We need someone during the day, but we can work with your schedule.
Lots of opportunity for growth and to eventually go full-time, if desired.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver non-payment and other notices
- Collect on delinquencies
- Weekly drive through of the property with video
- Ensure the park is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
- Write up violations as needed (check for them weekly)
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants
- Home inspections, listings & showings
- Contact/schedule contractors
- Attend evictions as needed
- Communicate with our team via Slack and Company Cam
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
