Position Overview: The Assistant Manager will be a key part of our practice’s daily operations. You will assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the practice, with a focus on marketing, social media, patient engagement, and supporting our medical and administrative teams. This is a dynamic role for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities :
-Assist in managing the daily operations of the practice, including overseeing patient flow, scheduling, and front office activities.
-Develop and execute marketing strategies, including content creation and management of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
-Track and analyze social media performance and online presence to enhance patient engagement.
-Coordinate with team members to ensure optimal patient experience and efficient practice operations.
-Learn all roles within the practice to support staff as needed.
-Assist with administrative tasks such HIPAA and OSHA compliance training
-Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
-Ensure the practice is compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in healthcare, ophthalmology or optometry, or a related field preferred but not required.
-Proven experience in marketing, including managing social media accounts, developing content, and running campaigns.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A passion for customer service and patient care.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-Experience with office management software and basic computer skills is a plus.
