At Fastest Labs, you will have the chance to grow in leadership. Your role with our team will be a multi-facited role with administrative duties such as customer service, data entry, tracking test results, handling telephone calls, and administering clinical drug, DNA, and alcohol testing services.
We are seeking a Lab Manager / Technician / Customer Service person who is passionate about delivering superior customer experiences and proficient lab operations. Ideal for someone who excels in working independently to deliver top-tier customer service, enjoys teamwork, navigates software systems, and is dedicated to continuous improvement. As a key member of our small entrepreneurial team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our client experience and have the opportunity to advance into leadership as we grow.
This position requires a high level of customer service and an extremely positive attitude. We will certify and train you to welcome, test, and service our clients. We perform pre-employment and random drug testing for small to large businesses and individuals. If you have the motivation and attitude to learn, we will invest in you and you can join our expanding team. At the end of your first 90 days with us, we would plan to raise your starting hourly rate, based on performance benchmarks.
