Position: Office Administrator
Job Description:
As our Office Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing schedules for caregivers and clients, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and providing exceptional customer service as the main point of contact for clients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain schedules for caregivers and clients.
- Oversee and manage the office staff schedule.
- Coordinate with caregivers to fill shifts as needed.
- Review and manage daily caregiver timesheets.
- Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Initiate outbound communications with caregivers, clients, and case managers.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of schedule changes and client/caregiver communications.
- Support organizational projects including record-keeping and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in in-home scheduling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Hours: This is a full-time position, Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a set on-call schedule.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience (DOE).
