Primary Job Duties:
- Build and maintain home care schedules including managing changes that occur with little to no notice
- Communicate and document schedule changes, incidents, and other encounters promptly and accurately
- Hand-select caregivers for all clients based on clients' care plans and caregivers' skills, availability, and other attributes.
- Provide excellent customer service, compassion, and professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
Additional Requirements:
- 1 or more years of home care scheduling experience.
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in an office environment. Must convey compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism in all interactions, both internal and external.
- Ability to communicate fluently (speaking, listening, reading, writing) in English is a requirement. Individuals also fluent in Spanish are highly encouraged to apply.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including being able to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
- Experience using the following equipment and software: computers, multi-line telephones, cell phones, copy machines, fax machines, scanners, Microsoft products, Zoom, and scheduling software.
- Maintain client and caregiver files, complete reports, and work toward individual and collaborative goals
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
- Reliable, motivated, and growth-oriented.
- Authorized to work in the United States with proper documentation.
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Verifiable references.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in our West Springfield, MA office.
- Rotating on-call duties when the office is closed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-call duties are performed remotely.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
