Stateline Senior Services was founded in Somers, Connecticut, to specialize exclusively on the insurance and investment needs of the retired and soon-to-retire. Stateline helps clients find the best Medicare coverage for their situation and provides wealth planning services to help them get the most from retirement.  Stateline founder Bill McCloskey has worked to help clients with retirement and investment planning since 1983. Job Summary

The first point of contact for clients needing assistance with their insurance and services.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Manage client inquiries by phone, email, and fax

  • Researching of doctor and prescriptions through websites

  • Outbound calls to clients to confirm appointments and verifying information needed for the client and advisor’s meeting.

  • Builds a positive client relationship through collaboration and trust

  • Updates and maintains the client CSR database

  • Processing claims on the client’s behalf

  • Advocating for the client through escalations on service challenges

  • Other tasks and projects assigned by CRM

Primary Skills & Requirements:  

  • Adaptability and emotional intelligence

  • Microsoft office

  • Able to balance workload through multi-tasking, prioritizing

  • Attention to detail

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Web based research and CSR cloud-based system

  • Telephone etiquette
