Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by creating new referral partnerships and optimizing ongoing referral partnerships with targeted accounts.
- Conduct consultative sales, maintaining follow-up with referral in the field to build and strengthen relationships.
- Inform referral sources and the community about the unique benefits and distinguishing features of our agency and services.
- Oversee and manage daily sales activities to ensure measurable growth, tracking and recording all sales activities.
- Identify and create marketing opportunities within the community by engaging in health fairs, community awareness events, and local networking groups.
- Collaborate in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
- Evaluate community needs and identify referral opportunities to broaden our outreach.
- Qualify and prioritize leads to focus on most promising referral opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong and enduring relationships with key partners, establishing agency as a trusted resource.
- Collaborate on digital marketing efforts to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility.

- Analyze purchasing patterns and target market behaviors to customize sales strategies.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets by acquiring new clients and boosting service hours for each referral account.
Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- B2B sales experience, particularly in business development or relationship management (preferred).
- Experience working with referral contacts in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, physician offices, hospice, or home health (preferred).
- Self-driven and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community and aligning with our agency's mission.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of delivering impactful messages.
- Articulate and confident in new surroundings and skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources across a distinct set of stakeholders.
- Friendly, positive, and energetic demeanor, with a proactive, self-motivated and do what it takes competitive attitude.
- Demonstrated success in closing sales and driving growth in a fast-paced environment, working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptionally organized with excellent follow up, attentive to detail, preparing necessary materials and capable of meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
- Pre-plan weekly routing and sales activities to maximize efficiency, cost-effectiveness of daily activities, and goal setting for each sales call.
