We are a 20-year-strong and growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce company looking for an awesome Digital Marketing Strategist. Are you up to the challenge? This marketing specialist should have 5 years of digital marketing experience and 5 years of E-Commerce B2C marketing experience. This person directly works with the Director of Digital Marketing & E-commerce creating marketing strategies and implementing the marketing plan.

Responsibilities :
- Develops and executes targeted marketing strategies to increase website traffic, revenue, and ROI
- Develops strategy for email targeting and segmentation
- Develops and creates drip campaigns and segmented email campaigns to increase customer lifetime value and retention
- Assist 3rd Party marketplace marketing efforts (Amazon / Etsy / Wayfair Walmart, etc.) driving increased revenue and ROI
- Manages Google Ads agency relationship and drives 5.5 ROAS
- Works with agencies or internal teams on Paid Social and Affiliate / Influencer marketing
- Drives continuous improvements in KPIs across all marketing channels using Google Analytics
- Communicate with external partners and vendors on ongoing strategies, program optimizations, budgets, reporting, and testing
Qualifications :
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE :
5 Years as a digital marketing strategist, or specialist INCLUDING 3 Years B2C e-commerce marketing experience at an agency or similar role in which multiple e-commerce brands have been worked on.
