As a Mortgage Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our mortgage loan origination systems (LOS), including Calyx Point, Doc Magic, and AIQ. You will provide exceptional user support, configure and customize systems to meet our organizational needs, and oversee data integrity and system integrations. Your work will enhance operational efficiency, support our strategic goals, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Manage and maintain the primary mortgage loan origination systems (LOS), including Calyx Point, Doc Magic, and AIQ, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- User Support and Training: Provide support and training to users, including loan officers, processors, and closers, on LOS functionalities, version updates, and best practices.
- System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize LOS to meet the organization's needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with business objectives.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the LOS, conducting regular audits and implementing data quality controls.
- Integration Management: Manage integrations with other systems and software, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with IT and software vendors to implement solutions promptly.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the loan origination workflow and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- End-User Feedback: Collect and analyze end-user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement in system functionality and user experience.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Change Management: Implement change management processes to assess the impact of system changes, coordinate testing and deployment, and minimize disruption to business operations.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field desired.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Processor, or Closer.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience administering Calyx Point and Doc Magic or similar systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional mortgage loan origination systems.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the mortgage industry.
- Project management experience.
Work Schedule
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
Physical Requirements.
- This is largely a sedentary role.
- Must be able to occasionally lift objects up to 20 pounds.
