Essential Job Functions
· Maintains guest service as the driving philosophy of the hotel
· Deliver the Hilton Vision every day
· Personally demonstrates a commitment to guest service by responding to guest needs
· Posts jobs for all departments - assists in interviews and hiring for all positions
· Manage human resources functions including selection, orientation, and training of new employees
· Maintains a positive work environment between the staff and management
· Ensures all personnel files are accurate and comply with both local and federal laws
· Monitors turnovers levels
· Knows health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel
· Maintains physical product standards by managing preventative maintenance and deep-cleaning activities
· Answer the phone
· Make phone and walk-in reservations
· Acts as manager on duty for hotel and manages all front desk and kitchen operations
· Ensures front desk staff is trained in all front desk operations
· Is responsible for getting open shifts covered at the front desk or in the Kitchen - will cover any open shifts.
· Resolve any employee or guest grievances in a fair and timely matter
· Assists with daily, weekly, and monthly General Manager tasks, including but not limited to; Payroll, Scheduling, Invoices.
· Assist all departments in any aspect needed for hotel success

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 48 per week
