- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone systems, maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to guests.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and hospitality at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with phone systems and proficient phone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
