Responsibilities
- Perform night audit processes, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Provide excellent customer service at the front desk, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during the night.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Monitor hotel security and ensure a safe environment for all guests.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist callers promptly.
- Assist with any guest services required during the night, including handling special requests or emergencies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service within a hotel environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of night audit procedures and hospitality management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
