- Manage pipeline for all assigned Account Executives (submission to funding)
- Pre-underwrite loans to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Act as liaison between sales and operations staff to facilitate smooth loan processing
- Review loan conditions and documentation received from brokers
- Follow up on funding conditions to ensure timely closure
- Provide excellent customer service to brokers and their loan officers
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- 5-10 years of wholesale account management or loan processing experience in a mortgage banking company or related financial institution
- Strong understanding of state and federal compliance regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
