Loan Processing Position

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our wholesale lending division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing loan conditions and documentation, following up on funding conditions, and providing excellent customer service to brokers and their loan officers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan conditions and documentation received from brokers
• Follow up on funding conditions to ensure timely closure
• Provide excellent customer service to brokers and their loan officers

Requirements

Desired Qualifications

• 2 years of loan processing experience in a mortgage banking company or related financial institution
• Strong understanding of state and federal compliance regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
