Position : Accounts Receivable Coordinator Location : Honda Dealership, Los Angeles
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect unpaid funds from customers and other entities.
- Prepare and file court documents for legal action when necessary.
- Collaborate with collection agencies to recover outstanding balances.
- Work closely with the manufacturer to collect incentives and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the business office and accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and account reconciliation.
- Monitor and manage unpaid customer bills, taking appropriate actions to secure payment.
- Maintain organized records of collection activities and payment statuses.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners to resolve account issues.
