HONDA OF MANHASSET, A prestigious car dealership in QUEENS / NASSAU COUNTY area is currently seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to join their reputable dealership.

- Manage New and Used Sales division;manage sales floor
- Work with service department to keep all new inventory marketable
- Work with advertising vendors to market cars
- Work with and supervise New Car Sales Associates to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met
- Partner with the Finance department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach
- Assist Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Great Work Ethic
- Must have good closing skills
- Superior communication and customer service skills

- Valid drivers license required
