Office Manager/Controller – Dealer Auto Group
Are you a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional looking for an opportunity to grow with a dynamic and expanding auto group? We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager/Controller to oversee our accounting office, manage financial operations, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bank reconciliations and manage bank deposits
- Maintain accurate schedules for both fixed and variable operations
- Ensure financial compliance with the State of South Carolina
- Develop and enforce internal controls to protect company assets
- Work closely with dealership leadership to analyze financial data and assist with decision-making
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports
- Support payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable
- Manage a small team within the accounting department
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Experience:
- GAAP accounting principles: 1 years (Preferred)
- Cost accounting: 1 years (Preferred)
- Previous dealership accounting experience is a plus
- Skills & Traits:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel
