What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Writer/Advisor position at Honda of the Ozarks?
Honda of the Ozarks is seeking a service writer to add to our service team.
What you will be doing:
Employee will interact with customers to help diagnose and communicate with customers regarding repairs and maintenance on their vehicles. You will use a computer system to log appointments, create leads, order parts, create invoices, and take payment. You must be able to do this in a timely fashion. You will also interact with every customer who purchases a bike to introduce the service department and go over the features on the new unit they purchased.
What we are looking for:
- experience with power sports products either personally or professionally
- 1 year automotive service writing or automotive sales experience
- friendly attitude and good personality
- quick computer skills
- dependable and hard working
- available to work Saturday's
About Honda of the Ozarks:
Honda of the Ozarks is the only Level 5 Honda Powerhouse dealership in Missouri. We have the full line up of Honda motorcycles, ATVs, side by sides, and power equipment. Additionally we have a large and impressive parts department and a state of the art service bay.
Hours are 9-6 Monday through Friday, 9-5 Saturday. Employee will have a day off in the middle of the week.
