What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist evening position at Hondru Ford of Manheim?
We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
Pay Rate : $12.00 - $14.00, varies with experience.
Hours will be Monday 3 : 30 pm - 7 : 30 pm, Friday 3 : 30 pm - 6 pm, and two or three Saturdays per month from 9 am - 1 pm.
Additional hours may be available based on business needs and your availability.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls, and direct customers to the appropriate department.
- Greet and assist customers pleasantly and professionally.
- Assist customers with cash, check, and credit card transactions.
- Closing out invoices via the computer.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, and comprehend simple instructions, and short correspondence.
- Ability to effectively share information with co-workers and customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic math aptitude.
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficient computer skills and office skills.
- Positive attitude and disposition.
