Part time Evening Receptionist
Position Title: Receptionist
Reports to: Tec CentroExecutive Director

FLSA Status: Regular Part-time Flexible ; Non-Exempt
Hours: T,W and Thur evening 4 Pm to 9PM
Salary: $15 / hr

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
The Receptionist will provide reception services and clerical/ administrative support to ensure that services are delivered in an effective, efficient, and timely manner. Will support admin needs for night classes
KEY RESULTS AREAS
· Greet visitors and clients and provide excellent customer service through WEPA’s reception services
· Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages and provide information as needed
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Greet visitors and clients, determine the purpose of the visit, and direct them according to needs.
2. Operate standard office equipment including copy machines, computers, and phone systems.
3. Assist with set up and clean up for events as required.
4. Provide coverage for front desk and other administrative staff as required.
5. Complete other administrative duties and projects as assigned.
6. Secure building (lock) at end of shift

Education, Training or Certification:
High School Diploma or general educational diploma (GED).
Experience:
1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training
Other Skills and Abilities:
· Strong multitasking and time-management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, or members of the business community.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.67 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
