Overview
The Borough of Honesdale is seeking a skilled Municipal Clerk who will be responsible for complex clerical work in Excel including permit management. Provides clerical work for the Planning Commission including agendas and postings. Clerical work for the Parks & Recreation Committee including processing paperwork, organize files, prepare documents, scanning and copying documents, maintenance of website calendar and parks requests
Computer software knowledge needs to include Word, Excel, and other Office 365 products including Microsoft Teams. Be familiar with office equipment including fax, copier, scanner and postage machine.
A typical shift is 8 hours a day scheduled between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: A skilled position responsible for complex clerical work including limited administrative responsibilities. Provides administrative support for the Planning and Zoning Department, Planning Commission, Zoning Hearing Board, and other planning agencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
