Summary:

The Tag and Title Clerk processes car deals. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying costs for the accounting department and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Essential Duties:

- Understand the State DMV rules and laws regarding title transactions

- Process title transfers, vehicle registrations, registration renewals, vehicle record corrections, and apply for lost titles

- Performs other duties as assigned

- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area

Qualifications:

- Two related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus

- Automotive Dealership experience preferred

- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematics skills
