As a Pool Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pool facility and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Your duties will include: Managing pool staff and ensuring they are properly trained and following all safety protocols; Providing exceptional customer service to pool guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise; Enforcing pool rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all swimmers; Monitoring water quality and chemical levels in the pool, making adjustments as necessary; Conducting regular inspections of pool equipment and facilities, reporting any maintenance or repair needs; Planning and coordinating special events and activities at the pool, such as swim lessons or pool parties; overseeing the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including restrooms, changing rooms, and surrounding grounds.
