Job Description
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, outgoing, dependable automotive service advisor. We are willing to train the individual with the right talents, especially a positive attitude. Daily duties include, answering phone, greeting customers, obtaining demographic information, documenting customer concerns, developing estimates, communicating issues, repairs, close tickets an process payments. Customer service is our number one priority here, providing frequent and accurate communication with our customer is essential.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to mentor others in a manner that ensures efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to develop professional relationships with customers and team members
- Proven track record of exceeding business objectives

- Procure and receive parts for work orders
