As a Professional Nanny with Honest Care Nanny Agency, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care for children in their home environment. This position is essential in supporting hard working families by ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging atmosphere for their children.
Honest Care Nanny Agency is excited to share a new long-term nanny position available in Ringoes, NJ, starting April 15, 2025. If you have a minimum of 5 years experienced, engaging, and energetic nanny looking for a wonderful family to work with, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Position Details:
- Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday (7:30 AM - 6:30 PM), Sunday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 31 hours per week
- Children: Two boys (2 years old & 3 months old at the start date)
- Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
- Benefits: Paid Holidays Off, 1-week PTO after probationary period, & Sick Leave
- Commitment: Long-term, minimum 1 year, ideally 3-5 years
About the Family:
A warm and welcoming family is seeking a long-term nanny to care for their toddler and infant. They value open communication, a relaxed yet structured approach, and appreciate a nanny who can offer suggestions while respecting their parenting style.
Ideal Candidate:
The family is looking for a fun, energetic, and proactive nanny who can handle the physical demands of caring for two young children, including lifting a 30lb toddler and carrying him downstairs. They prefer someone who is structured, engaging, and nurturing—without being overly serious. If you enjoy creative play, multitasking, and entertaining little ones, you’ll be a great fit!
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide attentive care for both children, following established routines
✔ Engage the toddler in structured play and activities while encouraging tidiness
✔ Follow the Babywise eat-play-sleep routine for both children
✔ Support the baby’s developmental milestones, including bottle feeding, soothing, and diaper changes
✔ Create a stimulating and fun environment
✔ Work comfortably alongside a work-from-home parent
✔ Be comfortable in a pet-friendly home
✔ Child-related tidying only (e.g., washing bottles, cleaning up toys after playtime)
✔ No cooking or driving required at this time
Requirements:
- 5 years of professional nanny experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Up-to-date on Flu-shot, Tdap, RSV, & COVID-19 vaccinations
- Willing to undergo a background check
- Comfortable being paid on the books
